Hi, I’m Siveena, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Menopause Coach dedicated to helping you reclaim calm, confidence, and clarity in your life. My approach combines clinical hypnotherapy, breathwork, and nervous system regulation with evidence-based tools to create lasting change from within.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when the mind and body are out of sync. Having rebuilt my life as a single mother of three young children after a deeply painful period, I know what it means to hold everything together while healing from within. That experience taught me the importance of self-compassion and resilience, and it continues to shape the way I support others today. My role is to walk beside you with empathy and respect, helping you feel safe, supported, and truly understood.

My work as a Crisis Support Officer with a Malaysian NGO that supports women and children affected by violence has strengthened my commitment to creating safe, compassionate spaces for healing.

At Your Path To Calm, I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel fully seen and supported as you work through life’s challenges at your own pace. Every session is guided by your values, beliefs, and unique perspective of the world. I use gentle, carefully framed suggestions and your own language of hope and healing, because meaningful change happens when the mind feels safe to open and trust the process.

Before following my calling into hypnotherapy and coaching, I spent more than 25 years in the corporate world across the creative, media, and healthcare industries. During those years, I experienced first-hand the pressures of balancing demanding work, family responsibilities, and the complexities of office dynamics.

 At the same time, I was navigating the physical and emotional changes of peri-menopause, which deepened my understanding of how stress, identity, and hormonal shifts can impact both performance and wellbeing. These experiences strengthened my dedication to supporting women who face similar challenges, helping them find calm, confidence, and clarity as they move through this stage of life with greater ease and self-compassion.
