Online hypnotherapy works in much the same way as an in-person session, just from the comfort of your own home. Many people actually find it easier to relax in a familiar environment such as their sofa or bed, which allows them to enter a deeper, more comfortable state of hypnosis.

All you need is:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or computer)
  • A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted

At the start of your session, we’ll talk through what you’d like to work on. From there, I’ll guide you through a tailored hypnotherapy process designed to help you release blocks, access your subconscious, and create meaningful, lasting change.

You remain in full control throughout the session. Hypnosis is a collaborative process. Even if your mind drifts, your subconscious is still listening and responding. In the unlikely event of a dropped connection, your subconscious naturally brings you out of hypnosis, so you’ll always feel safe and secure.

Whether you’re across town, in another country, or travelling, online hypnotherapy gives you the flexibility to access professional support wherever you are.

    No need to worry about travel time, parking, or logistics. Just simply log in and begin.
